THE STORY BEHIND THE MARK
It started with
a belief.
In 2006, Khalid Kaluti started Better Gardens with a conviction that the spaces people live in should be built with the same care as the life they're meant to support. Not just built — designed, considered, and delivered as a complete experience.
When Bruno Guélaff's path crossed Khalid's in Dubai, the two quickly realised that their combined expertise could create something entirely new: a fully integrated Design + Build group where architecture, interiors, landscaping, smart technology, and real estate investment weren't separate services — they were one seamless offering.

Expanding beyond landscape, Better Gardens introduces European kitchen design through Pedini — bringing Italian craftsmanship to Dubai's luxury living market.
2020 - THE ECOSYSTEM
BG Smart — Innovation Era
Smart home automation becomes part of the group. Simon joins. BG begins defining luxury living through technology.
2008 - SBG WAS FOUNDED
Studio Bruno Guelaff Partnership
Bruno Guelaff returns to Dubai. The collaborationthat would define BG's design identity begins.
